Tesoro constructed two new 2-story additions, including renovations
and connections to the existing Building RTC-1 and Building 200, to
provide approxi mately 21,500 square feet of additional
administrative and training space. The building additions have pile foundations and CMU walls with exterior stucco finishes and asphalt shingle roofs. Interior work included installation of communications and security systems, as well as replacement of facility digital control systems.

The project also included upgrades to site drainage, parking lot
improvements, landscaping improvements, and construction of a
900-square-feet picnic shelter addition.
