Tesoro removed and replaced the existing serving/kitchen equipment
for the 22,000 sq. ft. cafeteria. The project scope of work included
lead and asbestos abatement, demolition of existing suspended
ceiling, upgrade to existing fire sprinkler system, revamping the
entire electrical system, installation of a fire alarm panel system,
replacing corroded sewer/ plumbing pipes, replacement of all kitchen
and serving line equipment, and installation of all associated
finishes. The project also included the renovation of a
dining/multi-purpose area. This was Tesoro's first Corps of Engineers project, and our outstanding performance led to a follow on renovation project at DSCR. |
We also were selected to receive the "Spirit of Safety Project
Award" for our outstanding efforts to maximize safety on the job.
