 This project was a task order under an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Construction Manager as Constructor (“at risk”) contract with FLETC. During the design phase, we assisted the client with design progress reviews, constructability reviews, cost estimates, and other administrative and technical matters.

Scope of construction work for this specific task order entailed complete retrofit of kitchen equipment and renovation of the cafeteria in Building 75 at FLETC. The project also required the provision of a mobile kitchen to maintain food service operations during renovations.
