The project entails construction of a new lube oil storage facility
for receiving, storing, and dispensing three lube oil petroleum
products from a total of nine pile-supported lube oil storage tanks
(five new and four relocated) and three associated
product-dispensing stations. This secure facility includes
a canopy-covered truck loading/off-loading area, a truck service and
parking area with spill containment measures, and a new seventy-five
square meter Operations Building. The project also includes eleven existing lube oil tanks and two existing fuel tanks with associated berms, as well as installation of a new lube oil transfer system including pumps, truck loading arms, tank monitoring equipment and a lube oil pump control system. |
