The project entails construction of a new lube oil storage facility for receiving, storing, and dispensing three lube oil petroleum products from a total of nine pile-supported lube oil storage tanks (five new and four relocated) and three associated product-dispensing stations.  This secure facility includes a canopy-covered truck loading/off-loading area, a truck service and parking area with spill containment measures, and a new seventy-five square meter Operations Building.

The project also includes eleven existing lube oil tanks and two existing fuel tanks with associated berms, as well as installation of a new lube oil transfer system including pumps, truck loading arms, tank monitoring equipment and a lube oil pump control system.
