Design and construct a 26,000 square-foot, three-story Multi Mission Station and Boat Storage Facility for the U.S. Coast Guard in Gulfport. This complex replaces the one destroyed by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The facility supports search and rescue and homeland defense missions, houses personnel and provides small boat maintenance and storage.

The project includes site work, pile foundation, cast-in-place reinforced concrete and masonry buildings, a multi-purpose athletic court, landscaping, architectural security fencing, a 100’ telecommunications tower, and parking and paved areas.

This is a LEED candidate project and features Category 4 hurricane resistant design criteria along with City of Gulfport “SMARTCODE” compliance.
