This project entailed the alteration and renovation of office
spaces in 26 areas of five different buildings delivered under 14
phases of work. Each phase comprised: vacating the premises and
removing existing furnishings; renovation of offices; installing new
systems furniture; and moving in new occupants. Originally scheduled
for completion in one year, the project required close coordination
of activities by Navy construction managers. On every phase, we
finished our work, which often included unforeseen changes, on or
before the scheduled completion date. |
