 This project included replacement of an existing cardiology catheter laboratory with a new Operating Room and renovation of an adjacent Operating Room.

Design features included complete replacement of the mechanical, electrical and medical gas systems, epoxy floors and epoxy painted walls and ceilings.

Work was phased and was completed in a negative air environment, while keeping one OR in service at all times and without interrupting adjacent OR operations.
