This project entailed major renovation to 57 munitions magazines. Specific work included extensive site work to remove the earth cover of the magazine structures, removal and reinstallation of damp-proofing and supporting drainage structures, installation of new grounding systems, placing and compacting an earth cover on top of the magazines, fine grading, and the placement of sod over the entire structure of all magazines.

Interior work consisted of selected demolition, repairs to electrical systems, structural repairs to concrete, and repair or replacement of doors, weather-stripping and trench drains.
