The project consists of the construction of a 12-acre urban warfare Small Arms Testing and Evaluation Compound for Naval Special Warfare Development Group. The scope of work includes site work, access roads, a pre-cast concrete bridge, various pre-engineered metal buildings and cast-in-place reinforced concrete buildings, utilities, wetland mitigation measures, and security fencing.

The buildings will vary in height from one to three stories and provide a myriad of entry, exit and room configurations to accommodate various training exercises and scenarios.

The arrangement of the structures will simulate an urban setting with moving and pop-up targets to maximize combat scenarios for research and development of new weapons, materials and tactics.
