Construction of this 16,163 square-foot, single-story facility
entailed complete site development including utility infrastructure,
slab-on-grade flooring, light gauge metal structural framing and
trusses, standing seam metal roofing, and interior utilities. The
exterior of the building featured red-ground-faced block with white
split-faced construction masonry unit banding. The building included a large training/conference room built on raised computer flooring to accommodate numerous computer workstations. |
It also had a lounge area, kitchen, small workout room, an
entrance lobby with reception counters, bathrooms, and 34 individual
sleeping rooms. Almost immediately after award, the end user required significant changes including the profile and roofline of the building. Our team was able to significantly modify the basic structure with minimum cost and schedule impacts. |
