Carl T. Hubbell
Carl joined Tesoro in 2002. He currently directs Tesoro’s Healthcare/Commercial Program and supervises project managers and support staff in his division.
He joined Tesoro as a Project Manager for Government projects. He rapidly advanced to positions of increasing responsibility and was ultimately promoted to Vice President and Program Manager in 2005.
Carl has 26 years experience in the construction industry and related fields, much of which was gained while serving in the Navy. As a Navy Seabee, he held a variety of positions and developed an expertise in mobile utilities including electrical power, steam and water production, and distribution facilities in support of military operations worldwide. As a Civil Engineer Corps Chief Warrant Officer, he served in a variety of assignments including construction management, Seabee operations and Special Warfare support. Just prior to joining Tesoro, Carl was the Assistant Officer in Charge of Combat Service Support Team 2 in Norfolk where he directed the operational planning, training, construction management support, and contingency operations in support of Naval Special Warfare forces throughout the eastern United States, Caribbean, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
