Gloria joined Tesoro in 2006 as our Human Resources Manager. She manages the HR staff and the IT department. Gloria oversees all Corporate Travel. She provides professional insight and guidance for the development of our staff and operational support, and ensures that Tesoro Corporation maintains compliance with all applicable personnel laws and guidelines.
Prior Experience
Gloria brings to Tesoro more than 20 years of human resources experience with significant knowledge to plan and direct the implementation and operation of company human resources systems, policies and procedures in recruitment and selection, salary administration, promotion, performance evaluation, employee benefits, training, employee problem-solving procedures and employee development. She started her human resources career in the manufacturing industry. Prior to joining Tesoro, Gloria worked in the corporate office of a large coffee manufacturer in New York.
