Mike joined Tesoro in 2008 and is currently responsible for the supervision and direct efforts of project managers and support staff engaged in the management of Tesoro projects for our Air Force clients.
Mike has over 25 years of construction, engineering and facilities management experience. For most of his career, he served in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps where he held a variety of leadership and management positions in construction, engineering and public works organizations. Mike’s last tour in the Navy was as the Facilities Director for the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. While in the Navy, Mike was a member of the Acquisition Professional Community and was a Warranted Contracting Officer.
