Stuart (Pete) E. Perritt, P.E.
Vice President
Pete joined Tesoro in 1999. He is currently responsible for the daily management of Tesoro’s South Carolina operations and leading an integrated team of construction professionals.
He started with Tesoro as a Project Manager, then moved up as Senior Project Manager, overseeing the construction of Government projects. He was promoted to Vice President in 2002, where he managed the company’s project managers, estimators and contract administrators.
Pete has 30 years of experience in the construction industry and related fields. For a majority of his career, he served in the Navy as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer where he held a variety of positions in contract administration, construction management and public works organizations. He was a member of the Navy’s Acquisition Professional Community and was a Warranted Contracting Officer. Just prior to joining Tesoro, he was the Facilities Director at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
