  Project Managers:
Curtis Bowen,  Project Manager, graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology.  He brings to the company significant experience in both environmental services and construction management.
Charles Cochran, Project Manager, has over twenty years experience in Project Management and Estimating, including extensive work on state, municipal, and federal contracts.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampton-Sydney College in Farmville, Virginia. 

Nathan Leonard, Project Manager/Estimator for our Virginia Beach office has over 15 years of experience in the construction field.  He has completed numerous projects in the governmental, industrial, commercial, and residential markets.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Elizabeth City State University and an Associates of Arts degree in general education from College of the Albemarle.
Craig McKown,  Project Manager, currently supports the Healthcare Division and brings to the company significant construction operations experience from Japan and Panama during his 20 years with the Navy.  He has an Associates of Science in Engineering Technology from Tidewater Community College, Project Management Certification from Old Dominion University.
Cliff Merrill, Project Manager for Tesoro Corporations North Carolina office, has over 30 years of experience in engineering, design and construction.  He has completed a wide range of projects in the governmental, industrial, commercial, and residential markets.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Gilbert Rodriguez, Project Manager, has eighteen years of experience in engineering, design, and construction.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami, and has served as a Project Manager for a wide range of government contracts.
Angee Ruff,  Project Manager, holds degrees in business management, civil engineering and accounting.  She has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry, including management of design-build projects.
Lance Sawyer, Project Manager, has over fifteen years of construction experience as a tradesman, superintendent, and project manager.  He has a bachelor's degree from Virginia Wesleyan College.

Paulanne Page, Project Manager, holds degrees in Fire Science Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology and currently pursuing a BS degree in Construction Management at Ashworth College. She brings over ten years of specialized experience in federal government contracting, facilities maintenance and construction.
Steve Simpson, Senior Project Manager, holds a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from Ohio State University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland. Steve has over 30 years experience in construction management in the private sector including heavy industrial and pharmaceuticals.
Eric Wainwright, Project Manager, holds a BS degree from Eastern Carolina University in Industrial Technology with concentration in Construction Management.  Eric has 19 years of experience from construction and engineering industries in multiple capacities with numerous projects completed.
Asst Project Managers:
Chessica Hodges, Assistant Project Manager holds a Bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.  She has over eight years experience in construction and project management.
Thomas Smith, Jr., is Assistant Project Manager at our North Carolina office.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University.

Heidi Yedinak Barlow, Assistant Project Manager, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University.  She has over eight years experience in construction and project management.
