Project Managers:
Curtis Bowen,  Project Manager, graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology.  He brings to the company significant experience in both environmental services and construction management.
David Freitas, Project Manager, graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, majoring in Construction Project Management.  He has twenty-seven (27) years of experience in the construction field with twenty (20) of it in the Hampton Roads area.  His project experience encompasses all sectors government and commercial work, including; school, lab, car dealerships, office buildings, retail, strip mall, historic renovations, banquette facility, hotel, industrial and tenant finish-out.

Yamilet Gonzalez-Vargas,  Project Manager for our Virginia Beach office has over 9 years of experience in facilities and construction contract management.  She has successfully managed several multi-million dollar projects in the government, industrial, and commercial markets.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.

Nathan Leonard, Project Manager/Estimator for our Virginia Beach office has over 15 years of experience in the construction field.  He has completed numerous projects in the governmental, industrial, commercial, and residential markets.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Elizabeth City State University, and an Associate of Arts degree in general education from College of the Albemarle.
Craig McKown,  Project Manager, currently supports the Healthcare Division and brings to the company significant construction operations experience from Japan and Panama during his 20 years with the Navy.  He has an Associate of Science in Engineering Technology from Tidewater Community College, and a Project Management Certification from Old Dominion University.
